Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days only).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order is processed.

  • Remote areas or peak seasons may experience slightly longer timelines.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking updates can take up to 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Packages returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or failed deliveries will be handled according to our returns process.

Split Shipments

  • Items may ship in separate packages to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each package if applicable.

Delays Outside Our Control

  • Weather events, carrier issues, customs inspections, or peak-season backlogs can cause delays. We’ll monitor your shipment and assist where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us within the 24–48 hour processing window. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
