We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Return Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
2) Condition of Items
Refunds are issued after we receive your returned item(s) and verify they are in original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags/packaging). Items showing wear, damage, or alteration may be declined.
3) How to Start a Return

Email support@vantarings.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and, if approved, the return address/RMA.

Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of our instructions and keep your tracking receipt.
4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Processing times vary by bank/payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).
5) Returns Due to Change of Mind (Didn’t Like the Product)
If you are returning an item because you didn’t like it / change of mind, you are responsible for all return costs, including:

Return shipping, and
-
Protective packaging/materials needed to send the item back safely.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived broken, defective, or not the item you ordered:

Email support@vantarings.com within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue and your order number.

Once confirmed, we will resend a replacement at no cost to you (including shipping). If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer a full refund.
7) Non-Returnable Items (if applicable)
For hygiene or clearance reasons, certain items may be final sale. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
8) Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? Start a return (as above) and place a new order once your refund is approved, or ask us about exchange availability.
9) Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

Check with your bank/card issuer.

Contact your payment provider.
